It depends on the rule chosen by the campaign promoter. Our “Flexible” rule defines that even if a campaign does not reach the determined value, at the end of it, we will support the promoter with the existing value. Our "All or Nothing" rule states that if the amount raised does not reach at least 90% of the goal, we will return the value of their support to the supporter.
We strive to ensure that no campaign is fraudulent. Our automated and manual control systems allow us to detect campaigns that may have a fraudulent component. But if any campaign is still considered fraudulent, we will immediately refund the support paid to the supporters.
