Socialis advances with campaign to buy a van

Institution based in Maia, Socialis, is now launching a fundraising campaign to purchase a van, which will allow them to transport children with greater safety and comfort.

Socialis is a social solidarity association created in February 2001 to provide support and continuity to a community support project initiated by the association of parents and guardians of the Maia secondary school, with the aim of promoting and guiding young people and their families in their personal and social integration and valorization.

The exploration of appropriate responses to the needs that emerged throughout Socialis' intervention are a reflection of its maturity and development as an organization, having as its strategy the expression in the complementarity of social responses that it provides, such as catl, cav semente and the Mayan claim.
